| Answer | · My password is to hard to remember. Can I change it?
Why of course you can. You can change your password at any time. To change your password 1. Log In 2. Scroll down on the lower left side of the page in the Account menu box choose "My Account" 3. When the new page loads in the center select "Change Your Info" 4. At the bottom of your personal information page you can enter a new password (and confirm it) 5. Now click "Save Changes." And you're done!

Why do I have to login to read or post to the forums?
Prior to requiring login for the message boards we had several problems.
1. If you posted your e-mail with a message that e-mail was available to the world. This allowed robots to harvest your e-mail address. Generally this led to lots and lots of spam.
2. We had advertisers post non-bicycling advertisements, including several non family oriented businesses.
3. We had a few people that continually posted nothing but negative items regarding the tour. Although we welcome constructive criticism posting the same complaint over and over and over again is not acceptable.
The login system has solved all of these issues. Back to top
| · I cannot log in.
There are several possible reasons you cannot log in. Please read this entire message!!!
- At some point in time you created a username and password. If you did not, you must do this before you can log in.
- You must have cookies enabled.
- If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it by going to the login problems page.
- Enter your userID and the e-mail address associated with your account.
- We will send a "code" to the e-mail address.
- Return to the login problems page and AGAIN enter your userID and e-mail, as well as the code from the e-mail.
- After doing this, and only then, will we send you a temporary password.
- Use the password to login and then follow the FAQ on how to change your password.
If this does not solve your problem please send an e-mail to btc@teamswill.com with your userID and the nature of your problem. Do not send me your password!! I will look into the issue when I have the time. Back to top
