Prepaid Meals You can sign up for meals when you complete your registration form. If you registered without purchasing meals and want to add a meal package please fill out the form in your confirmation packet and fax or mail to the BTC office. PREPAID meals must be purchased by April 30, 2013.
We encourage pre-paying for meals, since there are limited selections of restaurants, etc. in a few of the towns. Meal preparations will only be in the amount of the pre-paid meal orders.
The prepaid breakfast will be served every day, DAYS 1-7, in the school cafeteria. On ride days breakfast is served from 5am-8am and on the DAY OFF it will be served from 7am-10am. The prepaid lunch will be served in the school cafeteria from 10:30am to 3pm on DAYS 1-4 and DAY 6. DAY 7's lunch is not included in the prepaid meal package. DAY 7's lunch will be a vended BBQ at the school.The prepaid dinner will be served on DAYS 1-4 & DAY 6 in the school cafeteria, usually from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
Vegetarian meals will be offered and must be indicated on the registration form. Prepaid meals will NOT be available to purchase at tour check-in or throughout the duration of the tour. Prepaid meals must be purchased before the tour. PREPAID meals must be purchased by April 30, 2013. If you have already registered and wish to add meals to your registration please fill out the form in your confirmation packet and fax or mail to the BTC office.
