I am looking for a paceline or at least 2 other riders to help keep the energy output reasonable. I am 61 years old, and I ride at 6000 ft elevation several times a week. I do 30 - 70 mile rides in May, and should be doing century rides before BTC 2004. Speed? Average 16-17 mph over 70 miles. Any takers?

OK, registered and soon-to-be-registered riders for BTC 2004 - Anyone else willing to join a paceline consisting of ladies and gentlemen who are prepared and can travel 15-17 mph over the tour?

Cut the energy you need to expend by 20+% as a member of a paceline.

And add to the fun by meeting folks with similar interests and ability!

OK, folks! A group of riders will meet at 4 pm Saturday at the registration area to see if we can put together a "fun pack" of riders with compatible strength, pace, and sense of humor. So far it's guys who are chronologically middle-aged, but are kids at heart, and have cycling bodies of much younger men (tho those may be NASCAR couch potatoes) not so well-hidden under their spandex. Stop by and identify yourself! If not, just have a great ride without us.
