Why of course you can. You can change your password at any time.
To change your password
1. Log In
2. Scroll down on the lower left side of the page in the Account menu box choose "My Account"
3. When the new page loads in the center select "Change Your Info"
4. At the bottom of your personal information page you can enter a new password (and confirm it)
5. Now click "Save Changes."
