We have many happy riders return year after year to the BTC, so we know that for many people the ride is well liked. We try to make improvements every year. Sometimes people notice these things.
The BTC draws riders from many places. Most of these riders have done other organized rides. They compare and contrast their BTC experiences with the experience of these other rides. Some find the BTC much better.
Messages of all kinds are allowed, as long as they relate to the tour and are true. We could censor out the bad, insert positives where it suits our needs, but that isn't the right thing to do.
